Success rates

Unfortunately, not all women who ovulate during this treatment will become pregnant. The majority of pregnancies occur in the first three ovulatory treatment cycles. Very few pregnancies are achieved in patients who do not conceive in the first six ovulatory cycles. The cumulative pregnancy rates after several ovulatory cycles on clomiphene citrate are generally less than 50%.
