How to monitor your dosage

You will be advised by your doctor on the number of doses that can be extracted from a full Follistim® AQ Cartridge. If the cartridge is used beyond this number there might not be enough drug for your prescribed dose.

To help you keep track of the drug level, print out the Follistim Pen® Treatment Diary. You should begin using this Treatment Diary with the initial injection.

The Follistim Pen® Treatment Diary is available in Adobe's Portable Document Format (PDF), and can be opened with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don't already have this software installed on your computer, you can download it by clicking on the graphic link below.
